Child Side
Well my child side came out yesterday totally. lol! I was suppose to go on a day trip with a bunch of friend but that totally flopped. Only 2 of us were here so we decided to stay home and find something interesting to do. Well let's go with that didn't work out to well for us really. So by the end of the day we were bored out of our skulls, and I was in a really depressive mood, because I was really looking forward to going on this trip. It had really raised my spirits just thinking about it here of late. Nonetheless I have decided to look at it as 'everything happens for a reason' and that something would have happened if we would have went on this trip. Which is kind of true considering the friend that was here to go, his parents are camping in that area and they called later that night and told us that the weather wasn't very nice up in that area. So if we would have went we may have regretted it in the end. Oh well, it is over with now.
Well than, now on to the point of the subject and not my random complaining. My friend and I went out to try to get rid of some boredom and we hoped to hit up a book store that we haven't been to, but couldn't find any close enough to make it worth it, so we decided to go downtown and go to the HUGE used book store there. Well they ended up being closed so we went on up to the mall. We drop by the pet store up there, and let me look at all the animals and remind myself how much I wanted a dog again. LOL! Well than some spark of 'intelligence' hit us and we decided to go over to Toys 'R' Us. (Probably the stupidest thing we did all day, to be honest.) I ended up buying a stuffed Lynx because it was cute and soft. Well my friend ended up picking up Pokemon Diamond and Pearl. He got them both because he ended up giving me one so we could each play and trade pokemon and all that fun stuff. Than on the way home we dropped by his house and picked up the N64 game 'Super Mario 64'.
Well he ended up playing that all night (well at least till 3am) and I enjoyed watching him play it. While he was playing that though, I played Pokemon Diamond. I really have to admit I wasn't sure how much I would enjoy it. I thought it might amuse me for a little while and then I would be done, but I totally lied to myself. Diamond is a lot of fun and a lot more interactive thanks to the touch screen. I love being able to choose if I am a boy or girl and being able to name myself. That was the best! (I named myself Sarasa and my friend [whom you actually get to name as well] is Hayato. - References to the manga 'Basara' that I HIGHLY suggest.)
Well, like I said things happen for a reason and by the end of the night I was in a better mood then I thought I would be. So thanks to Farf for the random gift of the game, it is fun and I am getting ready to go play it some more.
Well at the moment I am kind of off but I think I blame left over from yesterday. I am getting ready to go see 'Ocean's 13' with another friend who didn't go yesterday because of allergies and something was wrong with his eye. So he contacted me today to say sorry and ask if I wanted to do something. *can't wait to see this movie* This movie actually has a deep attachment to us, so it will be nice to go see it with him. I can't wait!!!
