back at school
Hello wonderful stalkers of mine and welcome to the second semester of college!
Now that I'm back at college, it is presumable that I will begin writing in this on a more regular basis. This is all based on assumptions though because I plan on trying to get all As this semester. I want those As! I think I can do it though! My biggest problem with my classes last semester was that my day started earlier than I wanted it to. This semester should go better, with the possible exception of the WILL Colloquim, which begins at 8:30 in the morning of my busiest day of the week. Joy *and* rapture!
Rich quit his job after going for 2 days. I actually understand this move however because in the span of one day, he had this many things happen to him:
1. He got hit by a truck
2. He fell off a roof
3. He fell off the roof again
4. He almost hit a person who worked for the company with a company truck
5. He put said truck in ditch after having swerved to avoid person
Somehow, I'm thinking maybe roofing isn't for him. Instead, he's going to work as a junkyard mechanic while putting in applications elsewhere so that he'll at least be having money coming in. Even better, it's on Mom's way to work at the time that she leaves for work anyways, which means I can get my car back without him being without transportation to and from work. Sounds like it might have been an okay move on his part. He also says that he might be able to get his ASC as a truck mechanic from this place, which could put him in line for working at a trucking place that would provide him with the opportunity to get his CDL (commercial driver's license, something he's been wanting to get, but something you can't get until you're 23 I think). This could work. I just hope he does end up getting the job there and it doesn't mess with his back.
