All right, my trip to Miami was good, other than crying through part of the presentation because I was trying so hard to hold in my coughing fits. Once again, I am stuck wishing that I was able to have the whole college experience, going full time, but as usual, I'll deal. I'm going to have to stop by and talk to a counselor sometime after work on a Friday to get some more info.
The rest of the weekend was spent lounging, going through a QAF marathon, and oh, lounging some more. I should have spent some time cleaning my house, but since I rarely get so much time to myself off of work, I was damned if I was not going to relax.
I seriously can't wait until this election is over, if only so the damned McCain calls would stop. I'm talking at least every two hours, well into the night, and it is seriously pissing me off to no extent. I WANT MY PHONE BACK!
Most definitely voting tomorrow. I'm thrilled at work to see tons of 'IBEW For Obama' buttons on even the people I thought would be shoe-ins for McCain. Especially knowing that my voting choices for last election and this election would get me kicked out at home, at least I fit in at work.
