Adding my 2 cents on the Dark Knight
Fantastic movie, especially in IMAX. Go see it, seriously.
It makes me feel like a bit of a bad person though. I didn't really care about Heath's death, outside the normal 'oh that's too bad,' but now I am a little upset over it because I don't think anyone else could do such a great job.
It leaves me wondering what the next movie will bring though. Call me strange, but I have to admit all I really want is Harlequin, and maybe some cat woman. Unlike the one in the last batman movie series, this joker just deserves a psychotic female devotee. And segments of the Joker in the asylem getting therapy from and turning Harlequin crazy would just make my day, honestly.
Other that that, I was having a hard time figuring out who the next villain would be. These movie seem to be focusing on how everything that happens is scientifically possible, which leaves out a lot of the crazy cartoon villains (Dr. Freeze pops to mind).
