Hey- It's Me!
I'm not a great blogger, or journal writer, or diary keeper. So I'm not going to promise anything resembling regular updates or commentary, or anything of that sort.
What I am is a writer (I make no apologies that I mostly write fanfic). My brain has been full of craziness my entire life and I've finally managed to get it out on paper. I used to spend recess on the swings as a child making up stories in my head. Those stories have never gone away. I'm incredibly shocked and thrilled that anyone else would want to share in what goes on in my head. It's weird!
I have had a very diverse life. I've lived in cities and helped pull calves on a Canadian farm. I can probably beat you at Call of Duty multiplayer while discussing the intricacies of symbolism in a any given Shakespeare play.
As a long term ICU nurse I've seen a lot of death, but I'm a mother and gave life to another person.
I like green chilies on my poutine.
