(no subject)
mY tuESdAY ..
firSt pEriod .. we were with coach franks class again, just like yesterday. though, instead of walking the track with chelsea, we played baseball. my team was in the out field first, and i got to play first base. though, once we went into hit and came back out, some other guy took my spot. it sort of pissed me off. i finally got to go up to bat, but i didn't hit anything. it felt to me like my bat was really skinny, like it couldn't hit anything wider than a golf ball. i guess it was just me, though. everyone else seemed to do pretty good at bat.
SEcond pEriod .. we had a bell ringer to do. then, we watched a movie. i got mr. swayze to sign my permission slip for lakeside. ahh! i can't wait. dani, jake, and i are going to be judge runners. i want to do touring, too! i want to take the bands everywhere! =/ i don't know if it's all been signed up for, or if i can do two jobs like that.
tHird pEriod .. this is the last day of the week we're going to see ms. watts and mr. mckaig. they're going out of town. so, we're going to have a sub for the rest of the week. i'm going to miss my "laughin- hard" monday. haha! mr. mckaig was so funny yesterday, esp. his impression of a squirrel. wow, that was priceless! then, they both were telling us of their driving experiences in london. it was a good laugh. today, we reviewed a worksheet and talked a lot. i swear, we get off subject quite a lot. we started talking about the pope and everything that deals with him. i found out his name wasn't 'john paul the second', that's a saint's name. his name was something polish. i almost died in that class, though. i was coughing so bad at one point. i survived, though.
fourtH pEriod .. we did more history, because we didn't cover it all in the first block. it was just some notes. then, ms. watts told us about some extra credit we can get for our final average. it's some sick credit! we have five available points that can go onto that grade, like if we have an 85% the five points could give us a 90%. so, i think that's pretty sweet. it's another play, like from the beginning of the year. so, it's nothing i can't handle.
fiftH pEriod .. mr. seth talked to us about yesterday's practice. boy, did he learn a lot from observing us. he said that he's not going to let us go to the bathroom anymore, because yesterday he can't 15 people that went during rehearsal. then, he just said we all have to listen even when he's just talking to one section, because it's really helping all of us. we went onto tune. i knew we were going to take the guy's method, too. mr. seth is such a copy cat. =P then, we worked on 'host of freedom'. for the longest time, we were just working on the first two measures. it was sort of annoying, but not majorly, because it could use work. we eventually started moving on, but we never finished the whole thing. we probably only got through half of it. alissa was making fun of me, though! she said she was giving jason her house... something or whatever. i thought she was saying home. so, i was like, "why are you giving jason you're home?" she just thought something was totally wrong with me. there isn't, by the way! =D
SixtH pEriod .. mrs. hauch wasn't here, again. we had a different sub, though. the one yesterday actually taught us a lesson, but this guy does really do anything. so, megan and i were just confused on most of the work. since, she wasn't here yesterday, i had to explain things to her. i hope i was of help. i don't know if my services always teach anything to anyone.
SEvEntH pEriod .. we went outside with video cameras today. we were working on shots. we got about four. we could have gotten more, but we had to figure out the camera. my shoes were in one of the shots! we did a linking shot. it went from my shoes to my feet, because shoes go on feet. ya know? probably not. the jrotc class was outside, too. so, i got to see john! oh, how i miss him. =/ we got to watch everyone's tape back in class. some were pretty funny, cause one group didn't know we were working on shots. so, they just went around filming crap. kyle showed us part of his video, since he put it in late. you gay- fer! it was funny, though. at the beginning, their was this local discount clip. it was funny. the guys were in the car by the paying booth for the beach, and they were like, "we're locals. the beach is suppose to be free!" it was funny sounding, because of how the guy was making his voice sound. then, the dude had a funny act with 'the surfing safari' act. it was really funny. i wish i could've watched the whole thing, but the bell rang and i had to get to my bus.
well, i should have some pictures up from spring break soon. i just can't get them on now, because i don't have the time. i don't get very long on. i only get when my parents aren't here, because i was grounded from the computer. maybe, i can get my mom to let me on tonight. pray for me!
