We'll Be The Robots In The Spotlight
weekend update WHAT?!?!?
so it was a pretty uneventful weekend compared to those as of late. friday night i already posted about... saturday i went to school all day =/ it was kinda cool though, cause nobody was there, so i just straight got work done for like 4 hours, it was cool. and plus Corrie was there! and hoops for a bit... i got 2 out of 5 tracks done for my Feature... and it's shaping up nicely I must say. After working, Corrie drove me home, cause apparently GO busses don't run on saturday's! WTF?!
so i got home, and then pretty much right away dave and laurie picked me up and we went to guelph. Guelph was pretty cool... Don't get to see Dan much anymore, so it's cool to go visit him... His house is awesome... pool table, poker... good times... then it started to snow like a fiend, so we left.
the drive home was awesome. Dave, Laurie and Myself had a huge conversation about everything... about life and ourselves really... it was awesome... made me feel really good.
then when i got home, i totally OWNED Amalia with Ev Angel... she had no idea anything about them... so i explained (it's Aaron's old band, Before Copeland) and then i sent her some songs and she died... she kept hitting her face on the keyboard and sending messages, lol... it was gold.
then today i slept in... which was awesome... i fucking love sleeping in... it always feels good... then i kinda hung around the house all day... watched some TV, listened to some music... Sarah called me, which was nice... but it was short cause she had a huge project to do.. but no worries! I'm starting to get the feeling that this summer thing isn't gonna work out the way we had planned. There seems to be only one more place we're waiting on... and even then it's just sarah and myself, Laura and Mike haven't heard anything yet... and the stipulation was all 4 of us would work together... so I'm not closing any doors... but theres a good chance i'll actually be here for the summer... which is kinda disappointing.
anyways... that's about it... can't really think of anything else to write today.
