1. Cuz we were socializing so much at SCA stuff
2. this encyclopedic knowledge of all things garb or costume related

4. My very first folkmoot. we were talking about garb and the words "crushed velvet" escaped my lips and I got this most interesting look that was like "oh no please don't!" without being mean.

1. originally SCA stuff but when you switched it was to follow your life.
2. Anime stuff and video games
3. Your take-no-shit-from-anyone attitude
4. "hey keith, could you fix my laptop" "sure, first thing you do is throw that one out and buy a real computer..." this is still my immediate thought process about macs (even tho i'm not a militant pc-er like keith. i just think it's funny)

3. Your charasmatic personality. For years I could listen to you talk and be like "uh-huh! uh-huh!" and then after the fact I'm like "wait! i didn't agree with any of that!" but you're just so GOOD at it!

I have a lot dreams - some realistic, some not so much. In many ways I've been lucky in that I've been able to fulfil some of my dreams. I still have some (that are realistic) that could be considered to be goals yet to achieve. Here's a couple:

1) I REALLY want to participate in an underwater archaeological expedition some day. Something like what Ballard did with Bismark, Titanic and Lusitania. That would be awesome.

2) I want to actually have a novel published some day. I have other things published, so it's not impossible. Maybe someday...
