(no subject)
Well i had an interesting weekend...
We did not paint, victor told us that we would have a few extra days in december to move our stuff in...so we can relax about moving for now.
Michelle, Ashley, steph and Anto went to the Cambie on friday night because Anto's brothers band from Vic was playing (and were very very good!) and i think i stayed out later than i have stayed out in years! That's not the greatest accomplishment since i am actually very boring and i never go out anyways...but we stayed until the bar was closed...and i have decided that i quite enjoy the cambie. There's just something about it...maybe it's the sound of random beer bottles smashing...maybe it's the dirty people that hang out in the area...i just don't know...but i had fun! i also had lots of people hittingon me...nevermind the fact that they were all kinda sweatty...and not terribly attractive...i never turn down a compliment. But the most satisfying thing happenned, someone that will remain nameless (but anyone that has talked to me over the last two years will figure out pretty fucking quickly who i am talking about...) who made my life pretty unbearable for QUITE some time, ran into me there, and sincerely apologized for being so mean to me. He looked me in the eye, and said that he owed me teh biggest apology, and that he had been waiting to run into me to tell me that. He then said that what he does for people that he has fucked over, is apologise, and then buy then drinks for the rest of their lives. So he bought me a damn drink! i had noidea that all i needed to hear from him was that he was sorry...but everything was forgiven as soon as he said that! for the rest of the evening i felt like someone has smacked me on the side of the head....in a good way. i was completely stunned.
I was even a little hung over on saturday ...and i didn't even care.
Sunday i had a training session at work...and sunday evening....well we'll talk about that later....
