I think you look great! Awww, it's so sweet about you and your sister. It'll be wild holidays at you'in's houses!
When Mandie was born, my son, who'd been recently and completely potty-trained, did have a bit of a regression. I hear that's normal; might not happen at all with Ivy. I like to think girls are the stronger sex!
I'll be checking every day to see what's up with you. Hopefully someone will post when it happens... :)
You know, she actually regressed a bit after I became pregnant and got sick. All of a sudden, she wanted to drink out a bottle and needed a pacifier (I still blame my mom for reintroducing that!) She also would get upset and cry 'no baby!' And then beg to be held like one herself, which I always gladly do, because she IS my little baby. Always will be.
I've just been making a big deal to emphasize to her that she is still MY special baby girl and that with baby June here, that won't change that. I could see jealously causing regression. Let's cross our fingers!
I AM getting her a big girl gift for when the baby arrives: her very own American Girl doll. She thinks of them as 'big girl' toys so I figured something really special like that might make her feel more important and grown up and help prevent jealousy or baby behaviors. We shall seeeeee...
