So here's my annual work performance review for 2006. I am not pleased. The idea of a managers comments is to expound on the performance and quality of an individual outside of the generic standard tracks one is rated on. If you receive anything less than a 3 in any of these tracks - people, process, policy then you are not meeting your expectations. I have ALWAYS rated as a 4, which is - exceeds in expectations. So why then, did my overall score this year go to a 3.25 and yet my manager is singing my praises, in his robotic fashion?
