Music Cataloging
I currently have 173.9 days worth of music via my iTunes and growing as I begin the slightly easy task of importing my CD collection to The Beast (the name of my computer). Thank the makers there is a database out there capable of retrieving albums/titles/artists.. etc, because otherwise I would not be bothering with this.
Well, at least thank the makers that the CDDB was originally conceived as an open source database. From the brief bit on Wiki, it seems like most everything good goes straight to a money making opportunity..
