I explored the options; there are a number of cis* options, trans* options, as well as "FTM/MTF," "genderqueer," "gender variant," "gender fluid," "agender," "bigender," "two-spirit," "androgyne/androgynous," "transfeminine/transmasculine," "neutrois," "non-binary," "other," and "neither."
I am legitimately proud/impressed by how encompassing the list is; the only omission I could think of was the "DMAB/DFAB" option (which I know some people prefer using), but all in all, well done, Facebook.
