the 6 month stint
my internship unofficially ended,
due to the fact that i still got 2 more days to go,
unlike everyone.
its really heart warming at today's dinner,
when everyone just joke around, relaxed and have fun,
talked about life, marriage and giving us advices,
appreciating the small cupcakes we bought for them,
going bottoms up everywhere (yes i was as bright as a tomato),
and taking pictures at every table,just like the 4 of us getting married, so funny!
this dept has proved to be the best i have ever been to,
although theres so many people coming in and out,
theres no bitching or backstabbing or snobbish or selfish people,
everyone is so helpful, friendly and nice,
always offering food for every meal,
(yes am getting fat just sitting there after every breakfast, lunch, tea break, pre dinner that they offer)
letting me leave early everyday,
being so lenient with MCs and Leave,
giving me good grades although i screw up occasionally,
they treated me like one of their friends,
and those who left,
am still in contact with them, chatting here and there,
although the age gap is quite big!
even those that i dont meet,
whom i email everyday, are really nice, not those in the office only, those from the different branches too,
we are like virtual friends,
cause the greeting is not formal, its always girl/babe, and many smiley faces.
not to forget, the interns that chat/email me nonstop to keep me from dozing off,
we will exchange funny information and find websites to go together.
i will really miss all this.
theres still a down side, which is waking up so early, sitting there for 8hrs and the pathetic pay!
yes, cant believe 6 months just flew past like that.
bye bank.
now, am left with 2 more days to teach my new canadian intern, coming on monday, exciting!
