Along with the strong smell of ozone, it's also unusually hot in here, despite it being a basement.

If anyone is wondering why they haven't seen Victor around for the last, oh, few months, it might be because he's been busy setting up his new pad. With all this big, complicated equipment.

How did he even get all of this, what the hell.

Anyway, he's busy doing something rather mundane. At a table taking various notes, mmmyes.
