i hate the pennsylvania DMV.
and no,i didnt fail my license test or anything(yet).its the fact i had to spend 45 minutes going through various departments on their answering service before FINALLY getting connected to an operator only to be told "um..well..i dont really know?can you call us back on monday?"
on the car front things are looking up.
