refresh
I'm at the dining room table, about to embark on another cover letter, for yet another ideal sounding job. Reminding myself that God is still sovereign over who responds to my applications.
And my thoughts on lj are this: I need to refresh. My old picture, the format, the type of things I would post... I do enjoy lj, but I think I might succumb to "updating my image" and documenting life events with pictures. However, I'm not ready to set it up yet, so I think it will be awhile before you hear more from me, dear lj.
But during two months of withdrawal from facebook and tv, this has helped a bit. Balance, right? I'm not amish or anti-media. So I was looking for an outlet. Media Comm major remember? I just have to figure out how to use it for good rather than my self-focused-time-wasting-snooping temptations. Like maybe making something my parents and grandparents could enjoy too...
Once there is closure on these thoughts and a plan in place - I will post a link on here. fyi.
