I got Parallels for my Mac. It’s a program that lets me run windows applications while in OS X. I could already run them on my Mac by rebooting with a feature called boot camp, but it’s a nuisance and you can’t use Mac and Windows stuff at the same time that way. This new software is similar to the old Virtual PC but it works much better. I will be able to do my genealogy while doing other things now which is great. Also I can use internet explorer which doesn’t work on my Mac at all.
