(no subject)
So I just watched That Green Gentleman because I'm kind of lame and forgot that it came out yesterday. I was busy, okay? Anyway, it's kind of adorable what with the mini!Panic and Spencer singing along in the boat and Jon falling off his crazy bike. I would totally fall off and die if I ever tried to ride one of those. What is the thing that Brendon is playing when they're in the boat called? Is it a sitar? I am not up on my exotic musical instruments.
The making of thing was not all that exciting, but I was pretty amused by Ryan basically landing on his face after jumping off the dresser and Brendon having to catch him before he fell off the mat altogether. I think Mini!Ryan talking about the wardrobe was my favorite bit- "I wouldn't wear this. Look at this scarf." LOL.

This is rather awesome. It's an animated storyboard for MCR's Mama done as a sequel to The Ghost of You.
I also just discovered The Adventures of Gerard, Boy Princess of the Ocean, and Frank, the Italian Gentleman's Son Who Loves Him by blondiusmaximus. There's two chapters up so far and it's rather awesome as well. Gerard rides a giant squid and lives in a bubble palace! His kisses give Frank the ability to breathe underwater! Pete is an overly friendly octopus!
I'm so used to reading manga that it took me a few minutes to realize that it's drawn western style, left to right. I was quite confused at first.
I finally found a dress for Buzz's wedding. I'm pretty happy about that since I'd been looking for one without much luck for months. Apparently pink is not a popular color this year? I don't know, but I sort of lucked out. It was on sale, it doesn't need to be altered, and it was the only one they had in the store. Go me! Sadly, I will not be dying my hair pink to match. It's too expensive to have it done when I would get to keep it for very long. It's too much of a pain in the ass to do it myself, what with the bleaching and trying to get the right shade that won't clash with the dress. :(
Have 101 covers of Stairway to Heaven. There's a little bit of everything- from Gregorian chants to Frank Zappa to Dolly Parton to an accordion version.
In other news, my ceiling fan is suddenly making an ominous noise. I fear it may be about to fall down and squish me. Maybe I should sit somewhere else.
Also, my shift key has decided to suck. Sometimes it works with a little coaxing, sometimes I push it repeatedly and it still does nothing. It's very annoying and the husband says that he hasn't had any problems with it. I think it just doesn't like me, but I can't imagine why. I've always been very nice to it. :(
