Today I get to dress up in costume for work. Yay for being a pirate. I'm not wearing my "bitch boots" though. The heels look great with the outfit, but the practicality of standing in them for a long time?..Instead, I'm wearing my military boots. ^_^
Soo...my father-in-law fired Mike. Why? Because he has so much potential and should find a better place to work. He's so highly qualified now that he has a degree. And he should be able to find a job so easily right now, (its only a recession) and thus, hey Mike, you're fired. I have no words (well, no nice words) for when I see my father-in-law next. I may mention to him how much I love the job security he kept telling me about. Very good job security. So now Mike's looking for other work.
Thank the Lord I'm not pregnant for this.
I'm used to the unemployment thing, my dad had to deal with that so often because of being a mechanical engineer. So it really doesn't faze me all that much. I'm just mad cause its my in-law's that caused this. I think Mike is a bit more concerned, he's the one that has to support me. I think we'll be fine for awhile. God will provide where we need, He always did for my parents and I. So many times we got groceries and money from unknown places that fulfilled our needs for that time. We'll be fine.
Maybe I should get pregnant and then guilt trip his parents...

1 hour til work, I suppose I should be getting ready for it, huh?...Yay for Halloween this friday! Costumes and candy!! (Like I'm not already getting too fat)
