Thanks. I'm going to arrange an appointment with a pay doctor and therapist in the next couple days, partly to make sure I'm cool, but also for solid documentation for court.

Psychologically, though, I'm top notch. I mean it when I say going through all that is only a third as bad as being in the Navy. I don't feel particularly traumatized. Just physically sore, and very, very pissed.
