Merapi Volcano

So I am at work waiting for my data to process and I came across this article : http://unjobs.org/news/1146926949.14 and in the middle there is a paragraph about the USGS item #11. The last sentance: "On behalf of Indonesia, the USGS made a request to the International Charter for Space and Disaster to provide a range of satellite data that would assist in monitoring changes at the volcano." yea I am awaiting that data so Mike and I can process it. Heck yea!! It is reassurring to know that I am doing something by sitting here at my computer provcessing data, that what I am doing is furthering science and knowledge of volcanoes. :)
