"you were on student government!"- olivia
uhhh i have to get an effing move on my bday plizzans! ahhh :/
today was pretty sweet, anyway. i had to get up at like 7am for a pointless doctor's appt, but after we went past the christmas house, which is not as fun during the day, we went to grandma and grandpas, and they gave me socks (? crazy, i know.)
then i took a sweet nap, and about 5 mins after i woke up, meg called for an adventure cuz her friend burke from catholic was here. so of course that was the perfect opportunity to parade around the city like tourists:
we went to loyola but jalma wouldnt let us in, so we went to the met and went to egypt and colonial america and such. then we went to the village, and of course made a stop by courtney's, where mary made us "egg nog" (read: just about straight rum, with a drop of actual egg nog). what a cutie, she invited my mom and the dipster to partay at her place for new years, that was really super nice of her.
after that, we met liz at china beer and all hell broke loose:
yes, that is a battery in my beer and rice soup:
annnnd the check (for too much) is in chinese:
olivia, amanda romano (whos on a first name basis with mr. china beer), mike mcvann, and the typical loyola male alumni crew were there as well, cheering B! E! E! R! megan proceeded to treat her glass of beer as "take out", hiding it in her coat on the way out, and drinking it all the way down park ave to grand centra (because souvenirs from china beer are always neccesary)l:
all in all, it was a nice, random day out... so i guess ill run all my errands and make all my phone calls manana... going to bed before 3am? wow. craziness!
ps- tomorrow is going to be absolutely re-effing-diculous... can someone make sure i dont make an absolute ass out of myself? thanks.
