(no subject)
So, I'm only human, I screwed up a pay voucher today. So tomorrow I have to fix my wrongs. And remember to get copies of the vouchers for my records. :P
I dunno. I talked to the Farm Director today and he basically said I could hire more people if I wanted, which is not what I was getting from Dr. Bushoven. In fact, he's going to tell Dr. Bushoven to fire the guy who's wasting our money. So. Yeah. HA! take that you fool! Seriously though, his paycheck for this month is over $400 while mine is under $300. Stupid idiot. You dont get away with that shit for long with me at the helm! I dont know if Dr. Srinivasan knows I applied for the job yet or not. I think if he does know, I've clinched the job even before interview. I dont want to get my hopes too high up about anything though. So I will sit on my ass and pretend I didn't even apply (right like I can do that!). Tomorrow I'll be working most the day, and the same for Friday. I have some club stuff to take care of (like pay the shirt making people their deposit and such) as well as the club sale on Friday in the RAIN (we will be holding it at the greenhouses if its raining :P).
I drove a big John Deere today pulling an offset disk and a clod buster. With a GPS unit on it even. Fun stuff.
HA! I was talking with a group of chicks today in my tractors class as we were waiting to ride the tractor. Somehow we got into how "Dr. Olney likes me (as a student, not the nasty way)" and I was like...yup I'm a teacher's pet! And they were surprised I was proud of it. LOL! I have been a teacher's pet ever since I can remember. ALWAYS. LOL. When we got to high school it was harder to be a teacher's pet...but all my female teachers I was ALWAYS the pet. LOL. And now, Dr. Lawson singles me out in class, Dr. Olney tries not to single me out (but we talk all the time, sheesh I work with him, and I make him cookies!), Dr. Farrar singles me out, and Mr. Heupel talks about me but doesnt mention my name (but I know its me cause I'm smrt like that). *snicker* It does help that I'm super being a nerd this semester so that if I DO get the job, I wont be such a bad choice (cause I'm going to have to be in meetings with these people, I dont wanna look stupid!).
