this is where i slept last night...
and not because my husband kicked me out :),
gia was admitted into hospital with a viral infection :( poor baby
poor, prisoner baby
but thankfully, we're home now. they were worried she was dehydrated cos she'd been vomitting for a few days and they put her on a drip :(
i have to say though that she was very good and i'm glad we're over the ordeal.
when we came into the ward, i had her in her sling and the nurse looked at me and said, "let me guess, you cosleep and breastfeed". she wasn't being facetious or anything but i wasn't sure if it was funny or if i should be offended. anyway, she told me to take the mattress off the frame so that i could put her in the bed with me, which i thought was decent enough considering the whole co sleeping thing is taboo and is NEVER spoken about. unfortunately, the mattress was like an air bed. without air. :)
