hmm...well today was the first day of field hockey. lol i guess you could say that was harder than i expected for the first day. Kristy picked me up and we got there at 8 put our stuff on and the coach talked to all of us then she told us to meet her at the track. So were all like great running already this early?awesome. We did a warm up jog and then a mile run and she timed us. Me and Ally got stuck in the back behind all these slow girls and once i start slow lol i cant speed up it wasnt too good next time we gotta go more towards the front. After that i dunno i wasnt really breathing to well and got really light headed..everyone was telling me i looked really pale but i felt fine. It happens to me alot i dunno why. We did all these different drills but they werent too bad except for the first one which was a sprinting one..yea didnt like that to much lol. We played the game were we had to go 25 without touching the grass using 5 garbage bags...well wow freshman beat everyones asses to sum it up. We are amazing. lol. Me Jax Kris and Al were like the brains and thought of the ideas and everyone was copying us!grr lol but still we beat everyone!The rest of our team was also good we all worked together and helped each other lol that was the best part of the whole day that game cause it wasnt hard work. We got to watch the rest of the girls do 50 push-ups haha! it was awesome. After that we did this sprinting drill and we had 4 people on a team and it was people you werent supposed to know lol..well between the whole team we had to do 15 sprinting laps. hmmm...thats when i wanted to die. After that we were basically done but we had to do one last reallly slow jog that one was alrite cause we all stayed together but for some reason my hips and knees were hurting really bad. The pain in my knees went away but unfortuntly the pain in my hip still has not. it feels like my hip is dislocated or something but i went to the chiropractor today like always and he told me it should be gone by tomorrow morning. I hope so because i wont be able to run fast if its not :-/. But other than that i am really not sore..i am surprised i guess i am in better shape than i thought i would be! Tomorrow's practice should be a little easier we get to actually use our sticks. whoo hoo!!!
