rehab!
i'm so proud of myself! i was able to go all the way around on the standing bicycle at phsyio today and it didn't hurt at all!! which is awesome news since i'm going to PARIS in a week!!!! yeeee.. i'm excruciatingly excited!!
anyway... i just read an article that claims young women (14-18) are 2 to 8 times more likely to tear or damage their anterior cruciate ligament (which is what i did to my knee and what i'm recovering from) then males. there is no proven theory as to why this happens. i was surprised at how common an injury it is for girls.
ooh ya, when i went to my surgeon for a follow up i got to see pictures of the inside of me knee!! so gross but so fascinating!
