I went back to the first time Alberto walks with Despina to the hospital and made a reference to Adriana as the caregiver of Cu's two children. She was already in there two or three times prior to this reference. She gets more involved later.

Ooo... Despina needs to be careful with all of this. I'm not sure how the Indians will feel about a proposed art gallery, bringing around more tourists and the like. She's already drawing in additional attention from her refrigerators. I wonder what the Indians think about all of this. It's pretty clear from Cu's reactions to things that not all of it is favorable.
