Q: How long does your game take to load?
A: About 15 to 20 minutes, 25 tops. On my laptop, it take about 3-5 minutes, but I don't have nearly as much CC on that one as I have on my desktop.
Q: When making a sim, what do you prefer: adult male/adult female, teen male/teen female?
A: I prefer adult female, because they're easiest to make. I try to keep the gender/age ratio even but I never create children ingame. It's just a pet peeve of mine, so I only have children ingame.
Q: How long does your Body Shop take to open?
A: 30 minutes, usually. The slowness of BS is the reason I don't create much. >o<
Q: Do you make more sims in CAS or in Body Shop?
A: CAS; it takes to long to open BodyShop and then make sims. Although I like the extra sliders in BS, for time's sake I have to make sims in CAS.
Q: What's your favorite hair color to put on your sims?
A: Red or blonde.
Q: How many babies have your sims ever had from one set of parents?
A: Not sure; really, but I think it must have been 7 or 8. By that time I got so frustrated that I couldn't play them any more.
Q: How often do you experience a glitch?
A: Not often, really. Most of it comes from boolpropping for pictures and stories, or the occasional CC-related glitch.
Q: Do you make your sims, straight/gay/bi/lesbian, very often?
A: Depending on the Sim, yes. It just depends on how the Sim interacts with others, their personality, etc. etc.
Q: Does your neighborhood have a theme?
A: In my mind, my neighborhood is a slightly "off" place where the residents are a little kooky and eccentric, with a touch of grunge. I imagine that it's recovering after a nuclear war many years ago.
Q: How many downloads do you have in your game?
A: I'm a n00b, so I'm not really sure how to calculate that; but I guess the cigen.package thing? According to that; I have 9,459 KB of CC in my game. Not too bad.
Q: Who is your favorite CC Body Shop creator (meaning: skins, eyes, hair, make-up etc)?
A: That's a hard one.. I'd have to say jesstheex , especially if BS is including clothing. It's such a hard choice, there are so many wonderful Body Shop creators out there.
Q: Who is your favorite CC creator for build and buy?
A: For buy mode; it'd probably be vintagecat. I love her vintage-kitschy style; and especially her SIP recolors. For build mode I think it would be eefje00704 .
Q: How often do you play the sims?
A: I play a few days a week. The thing is; I tell myself that maybe I'll download a little before I start playing, and then I end up spending hours downloading and surfing the internet.
Q: Do you watch sims machinama? (sims movies)
A: Not on a regular basis. Sometimes I stumble across on while trekking through YouTube, but I don't actively search for them.
Q: Do you read stories/comics made with the sims?
A: Sometimes. I prefer legacies with commentary, because if you don't do your story right it'll end up feeling like a badly-scripted daytime soap opera.
Q: What expansion packs do you have?
A: I'm slowly chipping away at them, and I have all so far up to OFB.
Q: What are you views on building and decorating?
A: I am a horrible builder. The houses I build tend to end up looking the same, although I'm working on my skills and recently made a park + shack/thing that I must say looks pretty cute! As for decorating, I like putting clutter on the ground, in little corners and nooks where somebody might toss something aside.
Q: What is some body shop CC that you tend to over use?
A: Pooklet's My Poor Lover skintones. Almost every one of my Sims is wearing a shade.
Q: How often do you need to use "Familyfunds"?
A: I use it occasionally, when I do use it I give the Sim just enough to buy the house/lot, and make them make the rest of their money themself.
Q: Do you like doll sims?
A: I do; but I'm not very good at making them.
Q: Have you ever killed your sim(s) for the fun of it?
A: Not for fun, no; it just seems so cruel! I just kill the Maxis townies and walkbys! ^_^
