Pleased as Punch!
I went to the Whidbey Highland Games this weekend and got two Sixths!!! I'm very happy with the results. I was in a 16 and over class and the oldest dancer by at least 8 years! I placed in my Scottish Lilt and Blue Bonnets, two of my fav dances. I originally got a cheque for $10, but I talked with the game's organizor and I ended up trading my cheque for two medals instead. I'd really rather have the medals anyway. If it had been a larger cheque, say in the over $20 range, I would've just kept it. I'm very happy with my performance this weekend. These are my first medals as a Premier! Yay!
