I'm excited. I have a couple of prompts from friends in a friendly prompt challenge between friends and I hope to tie them into this. It will be fun and plus having a deadline tends to make me move faster. ;)

There isn't prompts you just write what you want within the time frame and general story so go for what you want to write.
Make a great Heroic Sam story. I just had some prompts from friends so I was going to use them here. :)

There is no minimum or maximum word count. We just want you all to have fun!

Awesome! Also, what about illustrations? Can we illustrate our own stories with banners, or does the art and fic have to be separate?

You can definitely do illustrations, banners and art with the fic. If want to compete in both categories, you'll need to post to both threads but I think it's doable.
