this is such a fascinating new backstory - and i can absolutely see Ethan turning to chaos in some way to compensate for his being turned away for not doing his job properly. I like how you keep the tension between them too, even if Giles does get the hell out of watcher-town.

-- and a minor formatting thing, but I think you've got a broken "center" tag somewhere as the last couple of segments are all centered (unless that was intentional?)

Finally am catching up! I love the fallen angel Ethan Rayne. I'm definitely intrigued to see where this goes further. Loving the story so far and can't wait for the next installment! :)
