Mod Post: Clarification about Posting

May 02, 2007 10:57

Hey guys, EB and I were talking, and we just want to clarify something - when you sign up for a day here at SOG, it doesn't mean that you can only post one fic or one piece of art on that day ( Read more... )

I think it would be fabulous if you posted the first in the series too - if you don't mind! That way we'd have a complete record of the stories at the comm (and there's precedent too - last year soft_princess did the same thing with her Dreamland series). I'm so excited to hear that you're releasing them for SOG!!!!

absolutely - and trust me, it's going to be our pleasure! we didn't get enough Giles/Faith last year and need way more (at least, in my opinion)

and EB & I are definitely trying to make things as easy as possible - the rules come across as a little hard line, but ... it's all about the fun - and posting more complete stuff? definitely fun!

What an awesome response! And now that I know we can post multiple goodies...I may just have to plan on doing that. After all, our fave Watcher is more than capable of being manly multiple times in a day.

Then I'm very glad we posted this! I completely agree with you about the *cough* stamina of dear Rupert!

Damn.
Now I'm going to start thinking in inter connected stand alone stories.
I should really get started now.

*hee* ok, no beating yourself over the head (it's supposed to be fun, after all) but ... if it's tempting... your mods won't mind, trust me!

The plot bilbies are circling. It was pretty much, I'll write this one story for SoG and then look back in on the others. But now they all want to written.

Now I'm going to track down a Giles icon. :-)

Yaay. See me perk up at the idea of multiple Gileses (and, oh-oh, that's taking my mind down a very dangerous path)!

Thanks for clearing up any misconceptions we may have had.

Hugs from a very happy ficcer,
H.
