This was very sweet. *L* The internal voices were an amusing addition to the simple storyline.

Good job!

I figured my first foray into writing should be simple. :-)

Thank you.

As one who tends to get caught up in such Gordian Knots that I lose myself and the ending... I can tell you it's not a bad thing. *L*

This is simply awesome! First off, thank you *so* much for being willing to share your writing with us!! Especially because you've got such a wonderful grasp of both Giles' and Xanders' voices! I love the way you've structured, this, with the thoughts mirroring/expanding/glossing what comes out of their mouths, and how they both get a little frustrated with each other and yet, near the end, both are so clearly able to see the other. It's such a great way to bring them closer together. And I've often thought there must be more give and take to their relationship in S4. Thank you SO much for posting!

You're so sweet. I can't tell you how nervous I was about doing this. I really appreciate having a Giles loving place to try my hand at writing.

Thank you for the nice comment and for putting all this together. You've done a lovely job.

Thank you.
It was fun to write and imagine what they were *really* thinking.

Bravo for your maiden voyage into fanfic! And hooray for Giles/Xander togetherness! I have a weakness for seeing them together in that early season 4 slump they both had.

Thank you.
I would have enjoyed more Giles/Xander interaction. The characters are so different, the writers could have played them off one another and had fun with them.
