Sometimes I don't believe this is true. Sometimes I believe I am unwonted. I'm sorry I feel this way sometimes. But then I really think about it and it all seems very silly. SILLY! MAGAGADOODLE!
So I've been doing the stuff for the Talent Show and working on being nerdy again. Lol...jk. But yeah. I've seen some really really beautiful auditions for the Student Talent Show. Brian Nuyen's piano playing made my eyes brim full of joy...but I blinked...blinked them all back in. And then this Jessica Nakao! OH MY GOODNESS! There's this song dedicated to Amanda and Dylan...and it's hauntingly BEAUTIFUL. She wrote it and then there's Nick on guitar. Very well done. Very heartfelt. I was really gonna cry but then I thought about the pencil bag I was sitting on (haha) and didn't let myself cry. I feel the same way about Garrett. I guess I'll let it out at the actual Talent Show or tech rehearsal. And then there was this hilarious Billy Idol guy...funny...very funny. And then some of these new bands...HOLY CRAP...they came up w/ this stuff on their own!??! Some acoustic songs tell stories of the American dream. You know...owning a white picket-fenced home, loving each other, having a family. Interesting instruements...harmonica, bongos, melodious singing! It makes me very happy. But it does take a lot of time, oh my. Disclaimer: just cuz I am commenting about them right now doesn't mean they got in the Talent Show. We are calling people on Monday after we get it approved by VG.
What comes to mind first is the concert I went to last night. Cristina really wanted to go and I'm her friend and I'm down if she's down. My first psycho-billy concert. Lol. They use the string bass a lot...FUCKING HOTTTT! LOL..."It looks like his spanking that thing...Mmmm, I wish I was where that bass is..." *FIT OF GIGGLING*..."He must have strong hands..." *HYSTERICAL FIT OF GIGGLING*. Lol. Yeah, but wrestlers have strong hands too apparently...But I'm confused. I don't want to screw up my friendship with Ben and I don't want things to be weird and awkward. And all of this I have to inferr...cuz you know how guys are with EXPRESSING THEIR FEELINGS. SUX!!!
Lol. It's ok. I'm doing very well. And whatever. I'm happy. I had a AWESOME time w/ all my friends. I am fucking beautiful and smart so the whole freaking world is my freaking oyster! And my friends love me.
