Tibbett and Avaric got an apartment about ten minutes from the animation building, and I called their landlord today to inquire about the extra studio available. He said I could come on down and check it out tomorrow. FINGERS CROSSED, PEOPLE! Getting this place would mean no more 9 forever! >:D
