anons on tumblr bugged me for this, I so I wrote it all out on there and realized I never posted it here. um just copy and pasting most of this aside from changing "my friend" lol um I might write out my trip to korea stuffs? not much to talk about except for stuff I learned.

Here is my fanaccount. Super past due. I wrote the majority the week I got back but then time passed and I thought no one cared, but then an anon kept bugging me. Forgive me since I don’t really remember a lot. It was one giant, awesome 3 hour blur that didn’t even seem like 3 hours. It seemed shorter.

But anyway, here it is, FOR ANON!!! I hope this cut works

Background info: I went to the Saturday show and was standing area 6.

Friday, me and carports decided to go to olympic park to get merch and scope out the area. Well mostly me just scoping out the area. She already went to shinee world and kry concert(and has walked around the ENTIRETY of the park) and I was the noob that didn’t even know how big olympic park was.

It was about 2pm on Friday and there were quite a bit of fans there. The line for merch was LONG and we didn’t want to waste all day waiting, so we left. We kinda browsed through the fake merch vendors. Not that many there yet, but there were some. And I say fake merch because it’s not stuff sold officially by YGE. Probably the most popular fake merch item was the crown headband. You see TOP wearing it in a few pics. They were really cute and nearly everyone had one. They also had stuff like keychains, name tags, phone charms, pillows, etc. Some girl we know got a Big Bang blanket but we couldn’t find the vendor that had them!!!

There were several different little cool areas around the official merch area too. Like there were cut outs of the members where you could take a picture with. A FILA booth, a GMarket booth, special VIP areas, etc where you could get TONS of free shit like posters and what not. Funny story, during Saturday, we went to get free FILA posters and they gave you any amount you wanted so carports jokingly said 10.. so she got 10. lol There was also a giant glass case showing all of the pretty, pretty merch.

Anyway, we left and came back closer to show time and got in line again, the line for merch being much shorter. We were about 10 people from the front when they told us that they would stop selling during the concert and start again after, so we left again- and olympic park is kind of far from like, everything. It’s at the end of the purple line, so when we left we went completely somewhere else. When we came back, it was midnight because we were dumb and of course the vendors weren’t open. We went to olympic park 3 times in one day and managed to get fake merch once(I bought a crown lol).

Saturday, the day we actually had tickets for, we got in line early for merch at like 1-2pm and it was just as long as a the first day. So we kind of switched out to get our wristbands. we were standing 6 so our booth to get wristbands and entrance into the stadium was like, aaalll the way around the corner of the stadium. Pass the Big Bang bus and all the other chartered buses. Yeah in order to be in a standing section, you needed a wristband. You just showed them your ticket and then got one has the date and your standing section on it.

I kind of lucked out finding this booth thing because one of the staff, the lady with the mic announcing things, spoke english and was very helpful. She saw me kind of wandering and asked if I needed help. Yes I did, thank you helpful announcer lady!! carports knows some Korean but not both of us could get out of line at the same time, y’know.

While in line for merch, I saw these girls wearing masks of Big Bang members giving out free hugs and the cutest thing happened. One girl ran up to the Taeyang person and screamed YOUNGBAE-AH!! YOUNGBAE-AHH!!! and ran and hugged them like in that video from his concert where GD does the same and the other members join in and start screaming. lol There was another girl I saw that was obviously a GD stan. She had a “pretty vacant” hat pin and those flower things you see on his jacket in “Breathe.”

Also by this time Saturday, a lot of stuff was sold out, like the cape and the Big Show hoodie, the GD&TOP hoodies, Seungri’s “VVIP” necklace, and all the fans except for the GD one.(and I mean, literal fans you fan yourself with. Not people lol) And can I just say we saw no other fans with the other members. We only saw GD fans. I really wanted a seungri one. :c But yeah we both got the cup/tumbler, a lightstick, a GD fan, and I got buttons. What you did was, you went to one of the registers, ordered and paid and took your receipt to another line and they got you your stuff. It was a good thing they handed out little pamphlets showing what they had and how much they were so we could just point. lol

We put everything aside from the lightstick(the new one is REALLY pretty) and the fans into out bags and checked them. You showed them your ticket, they wrote down the bag number of your stuff on the back of your ticket and your name/phone number just in case. Good thing I had rented a Korean phone. lol

After that we went to the GS25 that is actually a part of the stadium to get some water/snacks and then go wait in line. We asked if it was by section/seat number because carports had said the shinee world concert had been by section/seat number but the one lady said no it was first come first serve. But it turns out it was. We were tickets 757 and 758, so nearly last in the standing section(goes up to 1000 something). There was a lot of us moving around because new people kept coming in once they figured out they needed to go by their ticket number.

There was one point where I left the line to use the bathroom before the concert just in case, y’know. I didn’t have to go but yeah, just incase. Well the lines for the port-a-potties were a million years long. so I walked. all the effing way to the cafe near the subway station and there was a long line there too so I said screw it. The interesting thing was on my way back there was a giant group of girls singing and dancing to “Last Farewell”! It was really cute.

We didn’t wait long to get inside like at all. And the thing was, they let us in like, second for standing 6. like I saw people standing behind the sign 1-200(we were 601-800) but we got let in before them? I don’t know, it seems like they messed up, but hey I ain’t complainin because we were really really close, like, about 5-6 people from the barrier. So to be honest, it was hard to see most of the time. I had to rely on the monitors a lot when they did stuff at the top or middle of the stage. To be honest, if I could do the concert again or for two days, I would do one seated. Just to actually watch the concert!

Even before the concert started, it was hot, and packed because fans want to be as close as possible. I was just waiting for it to start to be less squished. While we waited, they showed music videos and GMarket ads. Whenever there would be like, a basic advertisement the fans would do a collective disappointed “aaawww” lol it was cute. They did screams and fanchants for the rest of the music videos though and went apeshit over shirtless Taeyang in “I’ll be there” and Seungri’s hip thrusting in “VVIP.”

The show started with the “Tonight” mv. The screen said “Tonight ver 2” so the version on you tube was not the version shown at the concert. there were a lot more night scenes and no Daesung bed scene. I really liked it.

When they finally came out it got kind of worse in terms of being hot and squished. lol I think they came out Big Show 2009 style, like down some steps or something like that. It was hard to see the top of the stage, ok! Especially when fangirls were pushing me left and right trying to see themselves.

In the beginning they did a lot of old songs/remixes of old songs. “La La La” “Big Bang” “Shake It” “Dirty Cash” etc. It was nice. I really wanted to hear old songs too.

During a beginning part of the show when it was crazy and everyone was like MUST SEE OPPAR, TOP came to our side of the stage and everyone pushed, like one big wave and a giant part of us fell, including me. I can’t believe I forgot this part because this is like a legit fear of mine, because once you fall in a crowd, dude that’s it, you’re stomped and trampled to death. And when I was on the ground, all these girls were on my legs so I couldn’t fucking move. Thankfully we all eventually got up. One girl helped me up and I fucking just, grabbed one girl and pulled her up cause I was like NO TRAMPLING ALLOWED. lol And then eventually we all helped each other or stood up. But yeah it was scary.

Then they went into solo stages. Seungri came out on a throne!!! I was like “he. would.” He rocked it doing “VVIP” and “What can I do.” I wish I could have saw him better however.

Then Taeyang did a solo stage combining “Where u at” “Wedding dress” and “I’ll be there” I’m pretty sure he did wedding dress but I don’t know. it seems like he did. I want to think he did. maybe I’m remembering wrong? because they did play the video before the concert started.

And then Daesung did his new song “Baby don’t cry” It’s really good!!

Then I’m pretty sure it was the GD&TOP stage. They came out on segways for “Knock out”!!! And the gold/green suits you’ve all seen. They looked really hot. People have said there was a tank, but I didn’t see it because my view was often restricted. They then did “High high” and the crowd jumping along was crazy. They reversed their verses for “High high”! TOP did GD’s verses and GD did TOP’s verses. I think someone said they did the same for “Knock out”?? I’m not sure, I don’t think they did. Then they did “Oh yeah” and of course Park Bom was there! I love her voice in that song and she was flawless as always. Fans lost their shit when she came out. After that was the “Don’t go home” mv. which is really, really cute!!! They need to upload this video so I can watch it 43959596 times. The mv itself leads into “Baby goodnight” they use the same girls, but they have different outfits/hairstyles so it.. doesn’t really work. lol

I think after this was the parody which finally calmed everyone down. We finally had some time to breathe, but then all pretty much shit ourselves when we saw them kissing for real. My jaw dropped, ok. Big Bang is not known for their fanservice. Also, like I said, the kiss between TOP and Seungri was not censored. Also a lot of stuff was cut out, like when they switched back bodies. It was funny because they both passed out in the middle of whatever they were doing. There were also a few other parts cut out, but since I’m not familiar with Secret Garden and have seen the edited version too much I can’t recall exactly what they omitted.

After that was Japanese songs “Tell me goodbye” and “Let me hear your voice.” I can’t believe they didn’t do “Gara gara go”! Eh well, it is kind old.

For “Koe wo kikasete” and “Wonderful” they went into the second level and greeted fans. Daesung ran around with a camera filming them. The others just shook their hands and stuff. People have said that GD just let fans touch his face. Some took their cameras and took their pictures with them. And TOP obviously stole one of their crowns. lol I didn’t pay attention much during this part since I had to turn all the way around to see them. I just kinda.. watched surprised fans on the monitors.

Then of course were the standard songs “Haru haru” and a new remix of “Lies.” Seriously how many times will they remix “Lies”? Nothing beats the Big Show 2010 remix though. They followed those up with new songs. The set for “Cafe” was really cool, just like you’ve seen in promotions. It was pretty much my first time hearing these songs. I had no time to listen to the new album while on vacation. Kvips love “What is right” and I remember GD playing the guitar for “Tonight” but again, top of the damn stage so I didn’t see him smash it that well.

They then did “Heaven” and “Last farewell.” Ok I normally don’t like the song “Heaven” but you know the scene from the YG family concert where TOP puts his head right into those girls face and raps at them? HE SAT DOWN. FOUR PEOPLE IN FRONT OF ME. AND FUCKING DID THAT. GOD I TRIED SO HARD TO CLAW MY WAY UP THERE. But them tiny asian girls are strong with love for oppar. URHGFHFJ he’s so pretty though!!

“Last farewell” was of course the song where they were like “lol bye” but not really because there’s always an encore! But anyway it was during one of these songs where they were sort of all over the place, GD and Daesung went into the upper levels on those hanging wire things. GD was just like.. flying around behind me. He stole a flounder hat from an audience member! Or they gave it to him, either way it was cute. There was one point where Daesung was at the back of standing 6 so a bunch of dumb bitches rushed towards the back, while I put my trollface on a jumped 2-3 more spaces towards the barrier.

“Always” and “Sunset glow” were the encores. I can’t remember the order. Before the encore, the giant fucking crown/star B in the middle of the stage ROSE UP and they fricken rose up out of it and it was SO COOL! GD was still wearing the flounder hat and continued to wear it until the show was over. Daesung threw his jacket into the audience. They did the rest of the song, said their goodbyes and left. after a minute or so they showed the NG’s for the Secret Garden parody. More fangirling ensued.

Also, during various parts of the show, they each passed by me. I could not get them to look at me to save my life though. lol They’re very pretty and thin in real life. God they’re fucking perfect, ok. Also no pictures because I saw one guy check the time on his phone and was hassled by a security guy to like delete non-existent videos.

After the show, me and carports, who I obviously had gotten separated from in the crowd, met up and were at fangirling maximum. She doesn’t even like Big Bang all that much, but I’m pretty sure she’s a Daesung stan now!!! SHUT UP YOU TOTALLY ARE.

We then took the train as far as it wanted to take us and then took a cab the rest of the way home. lol the end~~~
