COUNTY CHAMPS BABY!!
So, yesterday was soo long but great... Up and at 'em by 7... off to Moanin Whores , i mean Mona Shores, for the first two rounds against the Heights and then the winner of Fruitport vs. OV. We beat the Heights so bad coach just told us it was 20+ to 0. Then Fruitport was a real game. It was 0-0 in the third inning when i got up to bat for the first time. Everyone had gotten out so i was pretty nervous. Then, out of nowhere, I HIT A HOMERUN!! ALL THE WAY TO THE FENCE!! It was pretty much the best thing ever and everyone ran out to meet me! We scored twice more. Then we had an off inning in the field and were down 3-5. I got up again with the bases loaded and nailed another one with two RBI's!
EVERYONE DID SOOOO AWESOME!!
We beat them 11-6 then headed off to Reeths-Puffer for the finals. We knew we would play the winner of Shores vs Puffer game, obviously Puffer. On the way someone told us that Oakridge beat Shores and then Puffer. We didn't even believe it!! It was craziness...
Anyway, we won!! Then we quick posed for pics and took off to get ready for prom in record time!
Honestly I thought Prom was kind of lame... everyone looked amazing and it was fun to see I guess... other than that it was pretty dumb. I guess I expected more...
