yet another wonderful trip to vermont...and this time i got to experience one of my most favorite things about the fine town of burlington
DUFF HOUR
oh yes.
we didn't get to go on the hike cause the weather was crappy but the dogs still had a lot of fun with hilary's mom's dogs. i think luna is in young puppy love with one of the dogs.
i think i want to spend some days just cuddling up to some bluegrass and good memoirs. the weather is nice here so maybe i can do this outside. although not my usual coffee shop since ummm i might have an unwanted guest with a peach. ew
went to see old crow medicine show last night. CHECK THEM OUT. they were great live and sang a labor song OHHHH YEAH!!! they are much more fun and charismatic then i expected. and 3 of the guys in the group were hanging out at the same bar we were right before the show which was exciting. and helpful because when they left...we left shortly after.
i'm leaning towards taking that traveling organizing job. at least for the time being. if i want to be doing organizing, this is the kind of union i want to work for. i love the work so much...and i just want to love the job. i kind of feel like as much as i say i am, i'm not willing to give up on it. its so hard to explain i guess.
and then....who knows where the wind will blow me. although the air feels kind chilly...he he
the dogs are going to be batman (luna) and superman (scout) for halloween. oh there will definitely be pictures. hilary and i are going to be hill billies although we haven't decided what to do that night.
i think i'm coming home for a week or so soon. i'll keep ya posted....
