wrote this about my grandfather who passed away 9 years ago and i still miss him very much.
You taught me many things in life when I was young and when you were still here. and even til this day I’m still learning from you, like how it feels to miss someone so bad. It feels like a part of you is missing. But I can tell you one thing, no matter how long you’ve been gone, I still think about you and miss you and I never will forget you. You left your mark forever.
REQUEST: my friend's birthday is tomorrow and she just started going out with a guy, who is also my friend on saturday and he wanted to get her something and he has no clue and he doesn't want it to be extravegent obviously because they just started going out and nothing expensive and i don't know what to tell him. he said something somewhat sentimental. i was gonna tell him to get her like her favorite candy and snacks and popcorn or something and say "movie night at my house" or something like that. but what do you think? any ideas?
