The former Top Star and her "pet"
Just a quick report -
In the audience of Nov. 7 performance of Canary, starring Sou Kazuho and running in Nihon Seinenkan til Nov. 10, were the former Hanagumi top star Matobu Sei and ex-Hana otokoyaku Mano Sugata. A number of Yukigumisei were also in the audience. I quickly noticed one of them was Daigo Seshiru.
Yuu, though donning a lovely feminine knee-length dress, still behaved much like, uh, oji-san... (her manly strut, the way she waved her hands like a political candidate in a dark suit, etc.)
During the interval she headed straight to the backstage. On the way Yuu got hold of her favorite "puppy" ("panda"?) in the audience and began to fondle her pet (covered in a woolly gray/beige wrap top) as they walked together to the hallway.
When she came back to her seat, Yuu quickly stroked her pet's head who was seated in the row in front of hers.
After the curtain call the Hana siennes onstage waved enthusiastically to their former "boss" and "bro" as well as to the friends from Yukigumi. Just 5 seconds before the curtain touched the floor, Eritan impersonated the coffee-drinking gesture Yuu was displaying in her Nestle TV commercial.
After the show, a friend of mine who was with me said, "I didn't know Yuu was so close to Kimu."
Me: "Kimu?! She wasn't in the theater."
She "Ahhhhhh!!! Now I know that mini-otokoyaku with dyed hair was Mattsu! I was mistaken, because I always recognized Mattsu as 'the dark-haired tiny one'"

During the curtain call Rantomu let out a loud cry, "Thank you Yuu-saaaaan! for offering Nestle coffee to everyone in the tour company!! We love you!"
