;__; Yep... still. Someone came last Wednesday and checked the lines. It turns out some stupid guy didn't report some kind of damaged wiring in the line box. He said he's going to be back the next day but we've yet to hear from him. We've been calling them almost daily but I think my Mom finally gave up. OTL
