A few things
1) All customs are going out at once (close to 500) Because people double ordered and what not it got so crazy to try and split it up into two ordering sessions. That and we ran out of snaps Wednesday night (well not totally but we did have to reorder to finish) and they won't be here until Monday.
2) If there are ANY of you guys in the Austin Area that would like some part time work and have ever even touched a sewing machine (all except seeing one in a pictures as well) that are interested in learning a trade PLEASE contact me ASAP. We would like to expand the Sumbuns family. This will not be limited to diapers. Sumbuns@gmail.com subject Sewing Position
3) We have sent out our first trainers and are getting some feed back on them. After some more feed back is given and one more mom gets to try them we will start offering tester spots and hope to have them fully released for sale at the beining of the year.
And this from one of our LJ ladies because I want to know. She may choose to remain unknown if she wishes or speak up as well and ask questions.
Hey folks, I was wondering if anyone else had trouble with their Sumbuns AIO's bunching up. I got my Sumbuns back at the end of May/early June, and they worked fine at first. They were absolutely my favorite diaper with the way they fit, and how cute they looked, so my son would wear them as often as I could put them on him. I soon noticed that the diaper felt damp after a short time of wearing them. It seems that the stuffing in the middle of the diaper bunches up a bit, and the pee leaks out through the legs and gets on the outer print cover. This happens between 1-2 hours after putting the diaper on, and by 2 hours, the diaper is soaked. I can't have him wear them out of the house because his clothes get wet with pee. I've tried unbunching the stuffing in the AIO before putting them on him, but it's no use. Before I realized I was having this problem, I bought 2 more AIO's, and now one of my newer diapers is having the same problem (though not to the degree of my older Sumbuns). The diapers are mostly large ruffle legged AIO's, though one of them is a medium, and they fit Corey beautifully on the second snap (he's a skinny boy). I wash them with all my other diapers with Planet detergent and dry on low (though at Summer's suggestion, I tried drying the diapers on high a few days ago to reset the PUL, but I'm still having trouble). Has anyone else had any trouble with their diapers, and does anyone have any suggestions on how to fix it?
