So whats up? Dropping in again to say hello from everyones favorite public library. I should get my computer fixed. But I dont wanna pay for it. Anywho...this week has been pretty decent. SUNDAY SUNDAY SUNDAY! Kids seats still JUST 5 BUCKS! sorry...but this Sunday was the VANS WARPED TOUR! It was insane. Probably the best thing this summer...the highlight. Got to see so many bands...Saosin, My Chemical Romance, Yesterdays Rising, Taking Back Sunday, Thursday, Senses Fail (a song or so), The Early November, Rise Against (some songs), Melee, Brazil, Facing New York, A Small Victory...got to listen to some The Bled and Underoath. But missed bands like "Bad Religion, NOFX, The Vandals, Flogging Molly" who I wanted to see. But thats why I'm going to Salt Lake Warped as well. To catch bands I had to miss. But theres a price to pay when you stand under 100 degree temperature for 9 hours. I got sunburned! Yes sunburned...and only on the left side of my body. I look like two face! Weeird huh? (BLAH MY CHEWING GUM IS GROSS AND UNFLAVORABLE NOW) But its starting that peeling phase.
Tuesday was fun. Did the whole Street Team, Radio, thing. At street team we assigned some new assignments for the magazine. I got to look at buckys new "switch" store. A cooler version of the DI. I cant wait for that. During radio. Dan didnt show up..but somehow i was praying he wouldnt. I wanted to run a show by myself. It was a lot of fun. It went good I thought. So that was fun.
TODAY! Today I was sleeping and my dad yelled in my room. Theres a lady on the phone for you! I walked up there and answered it. It was some lady from Lowes. I applied there awhile back just cause I was with Shara and she was applying there. Well she set up an interview time for 11:30 AM. So I ditched my radio DJ meeting. And got ready for that. I was serious about this job. So I did the unthinkable. I GOT A HAIRCUT! Yes I had little time so I went with a barber up the street. BIIIG MISTAKE! He listened in no way to how i wanted it. It sucks sucks sucks! I hate my hair now. And I use to love it. I just wanna hide in my room and wait for it to grow back. But I went to the interview. Met with the lady. Answered her questions, took a questionaire thing..i hate these things. Then I took a "survey". I like how they call them surveys, but make you take them. And you know they will determine if you get the job...even though there just surveys. But I took that..answered some math questions..i SUCK at math, haha. I know I answered one wrong. cause i checked later on my calculator on my phone. I then went back and waited for the manager. He finally came..after waiting minutes and minutes. He asked me questions. He was real nice, so it put me at ease. And it was pretty fun. Then he gave me some papers for a drug test and I left. I went to the drug place...took the test. Now I wait for them to get it and do a backround check...and then call me in two days! So I'll be waiting for that. The bad thing is I wanted Full time, they only have part time...and Im up for cashier...i dont really wanna cashier. But thats where my experience lies so i used that..just to get in the place...maybe i can change later.
Wow 5 minutes left on this computer. I'm going to go grab lunch, pay my phone bill which was due yesterday...:/ oops. Then I get to grab shara's tuner, haha hopefully. Borrow that and tune my guitar and jam on it at work for old times sake. I missed it sooo much...damn out of tune, missing tuner.....stuff! So enjoy this week. I will...thursday = TRASHING ANDI! and SUPER VILLAINS! And FRIDAY!! = DAAAAY TWO! YES YES YES! So enjoy yourselfs. Good night, and god speed!
