Hello Smash Academy. I now bring you one(1) Edward Falcon, Capcom High's greatest student and whipping boy and whipping boy who has now moved in as a teacher in Smash Academy.
Due to the departure of the Snakes, he is now taking over Physical Education. He is keeping all of the previous NPC canon from the games and the logs he's been in.

Transferring Capcom High students, please tell me if Falcon knows your dudes / has interacted with them. He was football captain for four years, top of his class, and helped out Doctor Light during his last year.
