You are so NOT over-reacting. This asshat called your son a whore. In front of his friends and his mother. This is not a case for bully management. If he is kept on by the Scouts, then I think it needs a law suit. If Scouts is so desperate that they'll take anyone, then I think it's time to rethink having any association with them.
