I voted today and I hope everybody here does, too.
Here in Franklin county, we've had the electronic voting machines before but this time around we have the newest ones. Believe it or not, this actually makes me more confident than not that my vote will be counted just as I voted. As you vote making your selections on the touch screen, a hard copy prints out on a roll underneath a glass window so that you can make sure that what you are choosing is what is printing. Nothing is as secure as paper ballots, but hopefully this type of machine will accurately count our votes.
