I just raided Jeff's closet and bedroom for bukus of CDs.

Beefing up my CD collection by a thousand fold. Last night, Carla and I went to the cemetery which got me into ghost hunting in the first place. I used a new recording technique and the condenser mic so that I could get better audio, a better signal, and I realized I could have been importing my audio into Logic from the Microtrack using the audio interface. And though I'm just using Logic Express, the EQ, noise cancellation devices, and various filters can seed out the EVP. Thanks to John and Jeff, I'm getting really into this ghost hunting thing again. John has gotten some earth-shatteringly good EVP, and I can't wait to go to our next sight and find these little treasures hidden in the recordings. Our ghost hunting team, Team C.A.S.P.E.R. (Citizens Appreciating Significant Paranormal Existence in Reality), has created a profile on myspace. I believe they're my no. 3 on my top 8, so add them. And look out for the upcoming hit single, "The Team C.A.S.P.E.R. March", which will be posted quite soon on our profile. It's going to be a happening hip-hop cut featuring all of the members of C.A.S.P.E.R.

Listening to Iron and Wine, I want to get back into the life of Shane, the character in my "short" film script. I haven't visited that in a while, due to the stresses of money and coming home. Didn't quite reach my Christmas Day deadline, but, though the script is a comedy, the autobiographical nature still has proved difficult exuecuting, emotionally. It's also much easier for me to lay down tracks in Logic than to write, though I think I'm a better writer than a musician.

Myspace is taking over the world. More hits last month than google. It's an excellent way to express yourself and share music and the like. Of course you all know this. Those of you who have Myspace, look forward to a dramatic reading of "The Rules of Amusement", the story featuring Mark and Paul at the Six Flags on a particularly gloomy day, i.e. Final Destination 3. Mark, you need to get a Myspace account, or make one for Ranger.

For fear of jinxing myself, I won't document any of the details of my Apple Store interview, but everyone please keep your fingers crossed. Sullie need a job, money, new Mac gear, and a promotion.

I was giving my "decision" to move to LA some thought. Of course I have plenty of time, but I really need to think about this one. It would take at least an additional year beyond paying off my debt to save up the necessary 30 grand I'd need for one year's living expenses. I may just try to take care of this debt and move back home to Austin. We'll see.

Hope everything is going well for all of you.
