Okay people Im rarely a person who honestly gets tripped out. But yesterday as cut the grass I gradually shoo'd my dogs away from getting too close as they barked at the dog on the opposite side of the gate. Coming into the homestretch of the backyard. I noticed wolf had something in his mouth in which doesnt usually get a second glance from me. But, my perspective sense told me to take a second glance. Yes my true senses never fail me.
To my not so disbelief, I saw a once living organism of the finest pedigree laying lifeless in his jaws. Of all the animals in "tha lawd's" great kingdom, why did it have to be a rabbit.
I tried to deter him from his natural predatory ways for a moment so I could properly dispose od the corpse. But, as it was, Wolff had already made plans in disposing of the body.
He in all of his handsome cuteness, began to gobble the rabbit up. Not really much of a sloppy eater and one to never waste good food. The dog ate the rabbit from its base to the tips of its pretty 'ittle ears. The ENTIRE rabbit was eaten from feet to forehead....yes he even ate the head. Yea, it wigged me the fuck out but I couldnt tear myself away from looking. To the point I caught some of it on digital cam.

To get over the horrid realism I witnessed, I composed a poem to commemorate this event. It is entitled "Sweetest Friend"
Here's a roughdraft of it right now, It still needs to be completed and revised. But you can view:
As you trespass on my land
il extend my hand
because visitors here are rare indeed

I hold no ill will
you can do as you will
for a playmate now is what I truly need

come hither near
and have no fear
for my intentions are just and true

dont you want to play
well have fun all day
the games are all up to you

When the day is done
from having our fun
Ill turn to you then bare my true sullengrin

We should further our friendship
through an eternal partnership
You'll see how I am from the dark depths within

I'll gobble you up
from the tip of your feet
to the top of your head
yes, you really are a dear friend of mine

I gobbled you up
an untimely demise
im blue that you're gone
but it fit perfectly into dinner time
