Sometimes I finally finish things...
Finally gave my mom her requested mermaid for Christmas. Started it over a year ago, lost interest, but tried to be a good daughter this Christmas and give it to her instead of a photo of the process. Had originally planned on lots of detail, but, I'm a lazy bastard so dear old mom got a painting intentionally left unfinished in areas. Next time I paint something requested by my mother, I'm going to work wayyyyyyyyy smaller. Sorry mom, fantasy just isn't really my thing...

Still can't decide which way it should hang.
At least it looks better than the underpainting.
